Doral’s Premier Fitness Facility.

ZOOM is a 7,000 sq. ft. facility equipped with state of the art equipment. It hasΒ Concept 2 rowers, Assault bikes, barbells & bumper plates, medicine balls, kettle bells, jump ropes, pull up rigs, gymnastic rings, and a variety of mobility tools. We also have a Kids/Athlete Lounge where anyone can relax, sit back, and enjoy some highlights on the screen or wait for the next class to begin.

We believe it takes a group of like-minded, driven individuals, to come together so that we may all flourish and succeed. The facility is designed with the best equipment in the industry. It is outfitted so that when you enter through the door you feel you are in your second home. You instantly want to train and workout because of the atmosphere we have created within our walls.

Zoom Training

Our training methodology focuses on burning fat, building lean muscle and boosting energy! Our program is all inclusive! Open to all levels of fitness. Our main focus is to create a fun, safe and energetic environment through functional exercises.

Strowke Cardio

Cardio/Respiratory Endurance Program. This method utilizes a combination of high-intensity, interval-based training, strength training, and mobility work to provide balance in the development within the athlete.

Culo (Booty) & Core

is a class focusing on your legs (glutes, quads, hamstings) and abdomen. You can expect your booty and your core to be burnin’! We focus on isolated movements that are guaranteed to sculpt your biggest ASSets.
