Continuous program designed for the beginner to intermediate athlete in need of structure to reach general weightlifting goals

Club weightlifting program will consist of:

  • Snatch, Clean & Jerk variations to asses and improve movement efficiency.
  • Accessory work to enhance weightlifting related movements.
  • Program will be delivered weekly via online platform.
  • Instructional videos.
  • Weekly video analysis (2/week)
